Screenshots, copies, and forks created by other users through those features are controlled by the person who created them, subject to these Terms and to your underlying ownership of the original work. You are not granted any ownership in screenshots, copies, or forks that other users create of your project, and other users are not granted ownership of your original work.
License to Jippity: You grant Jippity a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and create derivative copies of the content you submit, solely as needed to operate, provide, secure, moderate, and improve the platform. This includes the right to generate and retain de-identified or aggregated copies of platform content for safety, moderation, abuse prevention, analytics, and service improvement.
Moderation Rights: Jippity reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any project that violates this ToS or is deemed inappropriate.
Privacy Policy Controls: How Jippity collects, stores, and uses personal information — including information relating to children — is further described in our Privacy Policy, which governs in the event of any conflict with this section regarding data practices.
Account Creation: If the user is a child, a parent or guardian must read and agree to this ToS before that child can use Jippity.pro.
Parental Oversight: Parents are encouraged to monitor their child’s use of the platform to ensure it is in line with these terms.
Prohibited Use of Materials: Students and teachers agree not to redistribute, copy, or share any materials — including code, assets, curriculum, or other resources — created by Jippity without prior written consent.

Account Locking and Subscription Cancellation: Jippity reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to lock your account and cancel your subscription if we determine that it is necessary to protect our users, our service, or to enforce these Terms of Service. If your account is locked, you are deemed banned from the site and from use of Jippity’s services.
No Use or Re-registration by Banned Users: Users who are banned or have their accounts locked may not create new accounts, access the site using different credentials, nor make use of the product's free trials or other services. Any attempt to circumvent a ban or account lock — including, but not limited to, creating a new account or using a different identity—will be considered a material violation of these Terms of Service.
